You are not required to have an account to upload files. But it is recommended, because after logging in the contact fields will be auto-filled. Click "Create An Account" in the very top blue bar if you'd like to take advantage of the auto-fill feature.
Note: After clicking "Submit", the page may appear to hang for a second – this is normal. You must wait until a dialog opens asking you to Trust the Applet. You then need to click "Allow", "Trust" or "Run" (depending on operating system) to be able to start uploading files.
Note: Only files can be uploaded, to select and upload folders use the Advanced Uploader.
NOTE: On the next page you will be required to login to use FTP, but you will also be able to create an account if you don't have one yet.
Upload Method Differences: • Simple Uploader – can only select files, not folders. Maximum file size allowed is 900MB (megabytes). • Advanced Uploader – Allows you to select folders as well as individual files. Maximum file size allowed is 2GB (gigabytes). • FTP – This is the most stable and robust of all the options but requires you to use FTP Software.
